Geeetech A10M / A20M Stand-offs with Vibration Isolation Mounts

thingiverse

I designed these lift blocks with vibration mounts specifically for the extruders on my Geeetech A20M printer. My goal was to mount the extruders vertically, making it easier to load filament, raise them up so they wouldn't interfere with the top of the build volume, and add vibration isolation to the extruders. The credit for this inspiration goes to Fishku, Massimilianmarradi, and Djones1t. These two blocks are designed to mount directly onto the top rail of the printer: First, remove the extruders and take off the sliding t-nuts. Next, rotate the filament reel mounts so they are parallel to the gantry (Mickey Mouse config). Then, install the blocks using (4) M4x20mm screws and the sliding t-nuts. After that, screw in the vibration mounts into the holes on top. Finally, mount the extruders to the tops of the vibe mounts using the original M4 screws. The vibration mounts were purchased from Amazon - 4 for $2.59 with free shipping: https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B06XZWJ1XF/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
