Geeetech A10M / A20M / Ender extruder dampeners silicone mold
thingiverse
I didn't have TPU filament or a similar substitute available, but I did have silicone on hand. However, I wasn't confident that printing with these materials would produce high-quality results using a bowden extruder. To overcome this challenge, I created a mold and filled it with silicone. While removing the finished product was a bit of a hassle (the mold is quite cumbersome and not reusable), the outcome turned out well. Compared to the original dampener, I made a change to the connection between the top and bottom parts, as I had concerns about stability. If necessary, you can adjust this in openSCAD.
