The current selection of 80mm fan board covers for the Geeetech A10 is not compatible with the newest version 3. Therefore, it did not work for me. I designed this to work with the version 3 A10 and also provide clearance for TMC2208 stepper driver heat sinks and Y axis wheels. I printed everything on the A10. The cover was printed using the following settings in Cura: - 0.3mm layer height - 1.8mm walls - 1.8mm top and bottom - Supports at 75% from build plate - First layer at 20mm/s - The rest at 80mm/s (you may need to slow down to 60mm/s if you still have stock hot end) - Except for supports at 40mm/s - 15% infill - 2 line skirt The fan grill was printed: - 0.1mm layer height (0.2mm should be fine as well) - 1.2mm walls - 1.2mm top and bottom - First layer at 20mm/s - The rest at 80mm/s (you may need to slow down to 60mm/s if you still have stock hot end) - No supports - 15% infill - 2 line skirt You will need: - 4 x 25mm M3 flat cap screws - 4 x M3 hex nuts - 8015 24 volt fan The cover attaches with the stock screws. Please note that I do not have a Z axis end stop, as I use a BLTouch. Therefore, this cover does not have the hole/slit for the Z axis end stop wire. If you really need one, let me know, and I may consider adding a second option with the hole in it. **Update 2/15/2019:** I made another grill cover for this printer. Because it was remixed from someone else's design, I created a new thing located here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3430756. It uses the Aperture grill design and I am using it now because it matches the rest of my grills on my printer. **Update 2/12/2019:** There is now a version 3 of the grill. I removed one of the slits in the grill to prevent filament from falling into the fan. This way, all of the openings for the fan are under the bed, giving less chance of filament scrap falling into it. **Update 2/11/2019:** I didn't like the original grill design, so I redesigned it. You will find v2 grill now. The v2 grill is hollow on the side parts to use less plastic and has a more streamlined look. I left v1 if anyone likes that one more.
