Geeetech A10 ring fan-duct

I recognized, that the stock fan-duct on the A10 doesn't work good. So I designed this ring-fan-duct for the A10, which can be mounted on the stock fan. It is the second version. The first one had a ring, which was too small and to near to the hotend.
