Geeetech A10 Replacement Extruder Tension Arm

This is a remix of k19k19's extruder arm repair. When printing k19k19's design, I noticed that certain dimensions appeared critical, specifically the support dowel for the bearing and the through-holes for the filament and guide tube. Upon closer inspection, these dimensions did not match my expectations. To rectify this issue, I carefully measured the broken part on my extruder and updated the dimensions to reflect what I had found. This change ensured a more accurate representation of the part. In addition, I mirrored k19k19's design to accommodate the right-hand version of the extruder, which is the configuration my printer uses. Unfortunately, the support dowel for the bearing proved inadequate to withstand the spring in my 3D printed part. To address this problem, I drilled out the tension arm where the dowel had been and replaced it with an M4x10 bolt, a solution that seemed effective.
