UPDATE 2/7/2019: WARNING: Print In PETG or ABS. PLA started to warp on me. Not sure if it's the heat from the bed or the heat from the LEDs being inside the housing. I am not going to re-print, as I am changing over to a Petsfang and will use the Petsfang LED bar instead to get light from the front. If you print in PETG or ABS, please post a make with your results. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1/30/2019: This is a remix of the 2020 VRail LEd light, which was 220mm wide and therefore too wide to fit on the Geetech A10. I shortened it to 159mm and also made the bracket rail, on the L bar, span all the way across. This allows you to now select where the brackets attach to the L bar and to your X bar. I'm sure this would work on an Ender 3 as well, as others in the same class of size. I printed the L bar with supports, but in reality it should print without them. Take your pick. I will try and post pictures of it installed, once I get my LM2596. At least I have printed it, dry fitted it, and installed the LEDs, so it does work. The pictures show the LED light bar with and without the diffuser on. I opted to use the diffuser, as otherwise it was too much light and you could also see the LED reflections on the bed. I used SMD5050 LEDs, with weather sealing. I would recommend using 8mm LEDs, or if you really want the 5050s, then do not get the waterproof kind. I had to trim mine to make it fit. It fits in three sets of 5050 LEDs, for a total of eighteen LEDs, counting the top and bottom strip. The diffuser was printed with Amazon White PLA. It diffuses perfectly well.
