A Simple E3D_V6 Hotend Mount with a Single 5105 Radial Fan for the Geeetech A10. This hotend mount is based on two existing designs, Thingiverse #2984898 and Thingiverse #2117245. I aimed to create a relatively lightweight yet secure hotend mount for my Geeetech A10. To assemble this mount, you will need some 3mm screws and nuts. The process is straightforward. Two original hex screws are used to attach the mount to the X carriage securely. Since the A10's original hotend fan was still usable, I connected it to the E3D_V6 heatsink duct using a 40mm adaptor found on Thingiverse #2572641. To print this mount, I used a 0.2mm layer height and 80% infill for both the mount and clamp. For the fan duct, however, fill setting doesn't matter as it's simply walls. I printed my mount using PLA, but you can use ABS or PETG if that suits your preference. Some may doubt PLA's effectiveness, but I've used similar mounts for over a year without any issues. Update: A version 2 of the fan duct has been added with an even larger opening for improved airflow. Update: Circular fan duct is now available, providing you with a choice between two duct options, both working well on initial tests.
