Geeetech A10 dual extruder with single nozzle and Bltouch Marlin 2.0

This is my version of Marlin 2.0 (6 October edition) for the Geetech A10 with dual extruder and single nozzle (all A4988 steppers). There are two ways to use a single nozzle with a dual extruder in Marlin configuration. Dual Extruder You can use color mixing (this is the Geetech choice for A10M or A20M). This solution is not easy to use with slicers (Slic3r, repetier, etc.), but you can mix colors. This is enabled by #define MIXING_EXTRUDER in configuration.h. OR You can use a single nozzle with dual extruders. This is easy to use with slicers, but no color mixing. Enable this with #define SINGLENOZZLE and #define EXTRUDERS 2. I prefer the second solution and have chosen it for my Marlin version firmware. BLTouch Normally after a G28, the bed leveling is done, and you must do another bed level (G29) or use M420 S1 to restore bed leveling ON. With #define RESTORE_LEVELING_AFTER_G28, you restore Bed level automatically. However, when you power up and do a homing (G28), the bed leveling stays OFF. Then you must enable bed leveling ON by LCD menu after the first G28. Or if you prefer, in your printer G-code slicer, begin with G28 (home) M420 S1 (enable Bed level ON). Features I have enabled software PWM for fan nozzle. I have enabled a buzzer. I have enabled individual homing. I have enabled software endstops ON/OFF by LCD Menu (useful for configuring nozzle offsets). LCD Prusa Style Uploaded with Arduino 1.8.10, I do not use Atom or Visual Basic code. If you want to use this firmware with A10M or A20M, you must change the steps for extruders and bed size for A20M.
