This is a mount designed specifically for Geeetech's LJC 12A3-4-Z/BX capacitive proximity sensor, which enables automatic bed leveling on your 3D printer. I've created a similar design for the BLTouch sensor, which you can find here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3464552 As you can see, I've connected this mount directly to Geeetech's Extension Board using the Extension Board Mounting Plate (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3166512). This makes it easy to integrate with your printer. Flip it over when printing, and you won't need any supports.
