Geeetech A10 BLTouch Mount (stiff, aligned and fixated)

thingiverse

Inspired by BennyBoyW's Geeetech A10 BLTouch Mount, I wanted to safeguard myself against my clumsy moves and create a robust version that is aligned in a well-defined way, ensuring the BLTouch remains in position almost regardless of how hard I accidentally bump it. As you can see, I've connected it directly to Geeetech's Extension Board using the Extension Board Mounting Plate. To sweeten the deal, I've added some holes for the cable. By design, your configuration for Marlin should be set as follows: `#define X_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER 0` `#define Y_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -33` `#define Z_PROBE_OFFSET_FROM_EXTRUDER -1` Of course, these settings can vary depending on your sensor and printer. Simply adjust the variables in the OpenSCAD source file: * `front_plate_z` for the z-position of the sensor from the top * `sensor_dist_from_nozzle` for the y-offset
