I swapped out my 40mm rattle-prone blower fan for a 60mm 24v one that was just lying around, and since I couldn't find an adapter, I got creative with this design (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4166545) and modified the vent tip to make it work seamlessly with my PLA setup. So far, so good - fingers crossed it won't start warping anytime soon, but at least it's a close second to the OEM blower tip.
