Heat the wire with a soldering iron and insert it into the end of the stick. Drill a tiny hole in the cap piece, assemble everything, and glue the cap in place (check out the photo). The fan should be loose and spin freely. Use a wooden dowel, pencil, or print the included stick accessory to use as a rubbing stick. Have fun spinning your stick!
