This is a mesh cleanup of item 1363148. The original STL exhibits self-intersecting faces, which causes problems with certain tools (e.g. OpenSCAD). The cleanup was performed using the Trinckle free online service in addition to minor adjustments including rotation, scaling by a factor of 1.5 and translation to align it on the z=0 plane.
