Place the gecko directly onto a leaf. To achieve the desired appearance, you may need to add some subtle coloring afterwards or switch filaments during the printing process. I adjusted the gecko's Z-scale to give it greater thickness, then seamlessly swapped out the filament while the leaf was already halfway printed.
