I rewrote much of the OpenSCAD code to eliminate most of the magic numbers, making it fully customizable. I also added several features to simplify printing. A putty knife is still necessary to break apart the blocks once printed. It turns fairly well, but catches significantly. I'm unsure what's causing this issue, so I'm unable to fix it at present. Several improvements are possible, but my FlashForge Creator Pro takes nearly 13 hours to print each item, prompting me to abandon further development after dedicating one long weekend to the project. Note that solving this puzzle requires an additional challenge beyond solving a Rubik's cube, as you must also correctly orient the letters. Print Settings: Printer Brand: FlashForge Printer: Creator Pro Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 40 Notes: Small supports are present on the bottom that need to be removed with a putty knife, as well as some internal supports that will break apart during disassembly between the blocks.
