Geartech D8 Die, version 3.0. A Single STL Print of a Geared D8 Die That Really Works. The Design Is Critical Because It's Essentially Two Interconnected Prints That Need Separate Supports, Including Interior Ones. These Supports Usually Break Off When the Gears First Engage. Tested Successfully in Nova 3D Clear Resin Using an Elegoo Mars Printer. For Smooth Gear Movement, Spray the Inside with a Lubricant, Like WD-40 Silicone (Completely Safe for Plastic). Three STL Files Are Included: A Clean Version and Two Others with Supports Optimized by Hand in ChituBox. The "3a" Version Features Heavier Supports and Has Been Tested on Monoprice Green Resin. The Main Photo Shows a D8 Die Made of Green and Clear Material, with Pips Painted Using Cheap Acrylic Paint. To Apply the Paint, Use a Toothpick and Wipe Clean with a Baby Wipe.
