Gears with custom-cut tooth styles
thingiverse
This is a remix of [Parkinbot](https://www.thingiverse.com/parkinbot/designs)'s [Cut your own gears with profile shift - OpenSCAD library](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:636119), modified to work with any arbitrary shape of gear tooth on a cycling tool to cut gears out from a circle, just the way gears are crafted in industry. Put the `gears_mod.scad` file in a directory searchable by OpenSCAD, and put the line `use <gears_mod.scad>` in your scripts to use the library. Refer to [Parkinbot's design](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:636119) for a full explanation and instructions.
