I was working on another project when I discovered a glaring omission - there were no gears available on Thingiverse that catered to the standard 1" pegboard size. This oversight proved extremely frustrating, but it wasn't until I attempted to create my own gears that I grasped why this task was so challenging. After delving deeper into the process, I finally had a breakthrough and managed to design a set of gears perfectly suited for pegboards. These gears come in various sizes, with each one indicating how many teeth are present, which directly impacts its overall size. While not every combination will result in a seamless fit, numerous options exist that can work well together.
