Gears of War Boardgame Insert - Remix - Missions Cards lid
thingiverse
So I was printing the card decks inserts made by Alatar scaled up because I have the game sleeved. This off course made the card inserts not fit properly inside the box but I was okay with that. Because of this I really wanted a lid on the Mission cards aswell to make them all look alike. I didn't want character cards and mission cards to stack on two boxes. There was no reason for it since I had scaled everything up anyway. So I fired up OpenSCAD and made another lid for Mission Cards. The problem I noticed was that the Boardgame Insert Toolkit was updated with new box design. So to fix that I had to hack together an old lid and a new "Mission Cards" lid with fusion 360. This is the reason why you will probably get a complain about error or missing surface connections when you are slicing. That should not be a problem really because the model is whole. I just didn't bother to do a proper combine between the two models when I was hacking away in fusion 360. When I tried it it got sliced and printed properly on my Ender 5 pro with Cura Slicer at least. If you want to use this lid you probably have to print a different box than the Missions Box in the original insert, because that was made to be stackable with character cards. This is just a guess from me because I never printed the missions box. I printed another weapons card box and this mission card lid.
