Gears of War • Blood Omen • Magnet Box

Hi there! As a huge fan of the Gears of War videogames, I created a box in the shape of blood omen. The design consists of both a box and a cover. Both were printed with a layer pause to insert and glue in some 5x4mm neodymium magnets. I used super glue and had no issues while my Anycubic i3 Mega printer's metal printhead moved over the magnets to put the next layers on them. Just remember to give the glue some time so that the magnets stick firmly to their holes. The box should have its layer pause at 119mm height, while the cover has its magnet holes upper end at 5mm height. For the cover, it's also a good moment to switch your color to a bloody red!
