Set of Gears for a School Tech Project Print Settings Printer: Cubicon Single I chose the Cubicon Single as my printer because it's a reliable and versatile machine that can handle complex prints. Rafts: No There's no need for rafts on this project, so I've disabled them to save time and material. Supports: No The gears are designed to be self-supporting, so I won't need any additional supports to hold them in place during printing. Resolution: 0.2 mm layer height I set the resolution to 0.2 mm layer height to ensure that the gears have a smooth and precise finish. Infill: 10% infill A 10% infill will give the gears enough strength while keeping them lightweight and easy to handle. How I Designed This Designed in Onshape (link to design files)
