Gears for Canon iR3225 paper tray

I use a Canon iR3225 photo copier, printer, and fax machine, but the gears on the paper tray broke - they were made very poorly. The gears adjusted the guides for the paper so I could use different sized paper; when I moved one guide, the gears would move the other guide, centering the paper as it goes into the machine. The repairman wanted several hundred dollars because he couldn't replace just the part; he'd have to replace the whole tray, and he lived a long way away. He said this is a common problem with Canon paper trays, so I'm hoping this will help more people. Here's the fix - it's better than the original because it doesn't require any hardware; the lip on top and bottom of the gear holds it in place perfectly. I should sell this design to Canon; I don't know why they didn't think of it. This thing was made with Tinkercad. Edit it online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/13nuuCzj2wh
