Key specifications include: * 2-screw mounting surface measures 80mm wide and 27mm tall * Suitable screw holes are 4mm in diameter, accommodating #6 and #7 wood screws * Screws with a length of approximately 1.5 inches are required to mount the gear securely For thicker screws, users can drill through the print without compromising structural integrity. Specifically, 7mm thick screws pose no significant issues. The recommended minimum wall thickness for this design is between 1.2 and 2.4mm.
