WHEN ASSEMBLING - YOU MUST SLIDE THE GEARS TOGETHER HORIZONTALLY. Please stop commenting that the gears don't fit - its user error in assembly. Not a problem with the design. https://youtube.com/shorts/EsxVQH9aMLo?feature=share ___________________________ Printed the original and used it for a few weeks before creating my own remix. The bottom edge of the phone was difficult to access. It was impossible to use the iphone swipe from bottom home button or android swipe from bottom app drawer. I notched out the middle of the front lip to allow clean access to the lowest portion of the screen. I have added a cutout in the middle of the front lip as well as added a back stand for landscape horizontal phone placement while retaining the same angle of display so you don't have to adjust the gear mesh when switching between the two. Prints without supports on its side due to the 45 degree cut. I used 0.28mm layer height on my ender and 0.3mm layer height on my prusa. PLA, PETG, any filament does not matter. I only did 2 wall perimeters and 15% grid infill - plenty strong for holding a a iphone 12 pro max.
