Geared MOTORs to Meccano and Lego Conversion - Kit Parts - UPDATED - AXLES and PEGS

This is a Conversion Kit for the Yellow TT Motors off of eBay. It connects to Meccano and Lego parts, making it easy to create Motorized Cars, Vehicles, Remote Control Automotans, and automated Robots. The Kit assumes you have already designed Meccano parts from my pages or other resources. The Conversion Parts specifically are Gears and Wheels with a Moon-Cut Circle to plug onto the Motor. These have Holes compatible with Lego 16-tooth Gears and the Lego X-Axles. There are also alternate Dual Holes to screw onto Meccano Rods. The Conversion Parts include: Converter Peg - converts Motor Moon Axle to Lego Technic X-Axle. Gear Base - converts Motor to 16-Tooth Gear without Teeth - just Lego Holes. Gear - converts Motor to Lego Gear. Mecc Peg - converts Motor to Meccano Holes. These parts are available in Planar and Extended Axle Forms. Additionally, there are Front and Back Motor-Mount Parts that act as sleeves to place over the ends of specific Motors listed above. Meccano parts can then be screw-mounted on them for projects. Also included are two Axles: One Axle/Motor is to match the Motor Beveled axle - allowing the addition of free-rolling Wheels without a Motor. The Second Axle/Peg is meant to be cut into pieces and act as a Parts Connector without screws or bolts. Note that to use the Wheels Axle, you will need to drill a larger Hole into the Wheel Axle Part. You will also need 1/2-inch #4 or #6 Screws, else M2 or M3 Bolts. Some simple example projects are pictured that my daughter built: a Dragster and a Walking Duck. They are automated by wiring the Motors to old toy truck Remote Controllers. And yes, the Duck walks - by rotating Legs, pretty well actually - that which my daughter built. Have Fun! If you build this, then definitely refer to Meccano Base Parts Plates Struts Angles for additional parts. Printer Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Mendel Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 0.2mm - 0.8mm Nozzle Tips Notes: I printed these on a Mendel RepRap with 1.75mm fibre. I used a 0.8mm Nozzle Tip with 0.5mm Layer Height setting. Can use any tip from 0.2mm to 0.8mm should print fine. It took between 3-10 minutes per part to print. Post-Printing: Some Parts may have burrs - and need filing to finish. Holes may need to be drilled if the Legos are tight. If the bolts seem loose, a glue gun may help.
