Geared lever for 2-way valve
thingiverse
The handles of this two-way valve have a tendency to settle and become slightly stuck over time. In that condition, the short handles of the original are somewhat difficult to operate. The primary objective of this device is to provide longer handles so that it is easier to operate the valves when they are stuck. I use this two-way valve to switch between two hoses in a mutually exclusive manner. I thought it would be a good idea to have only one handle that operates both valves simultaneously. So, this handle now opens one valve while closing the other. I designed it so that the handle points towards the valve that is currently open. You can use the original screws (M4) to attach the new lever/gear assembly. If you only want the lever itself, you are free to utilize the provided FreeCAD file and delete the gears. This device is compatible with the two-way valve from GEKA, part number 331CSB, EAN code 4015933013535.
