Geared Heart, Beth's Hand Cranked Edition

A close friend of my wife and I, Beth, is battling aggressive cancer with courage and determination. Her husband Marc has been a rock, supporting her through this tough time, and recently showed my wife the "Geared Heart, Hand Cranked Edition", a heartwarming piece that brought tears to her eyes. As soon as he saw it, he asked my wife if I could create an OSU (Oklahoma State University) colors version of the "Geared Heart, Hand Cranked Edition" that would be easier for Beth to hold and maneuver. This special edition is designed with love and care, printed in vibrant OSU orange and black, the school's iconic colors. The "Base.stl" version is now available, along with a "Base Tall.stl" version that offers an extended grip area for those who need it. The main difference between this version and the previous one is the base has been transformed into a cylindrical shape, while the handle has been redesigned as a wheel with a convenient knob attached, making it easier to turn and hold for individuals with weakened grips. We all hope Beth makes a speedy recovery soon. This custom design was created using Sketchup 8 and printed in high-quality PLA on a Makerbot Replicator 2 using Makerware 2.3.3.42.
