<p>This is my go at it:<br/> Since I'm not good at modifying STLs, I modeled it from scratch:</p> <ul> <li>slightly smaller than original,</li> <li>higher tolerances (0.3mm per side)</li> <li>added gear instead of round side ;-) Real involute teeth with module 1.5</li> <li>rounded edges</li> <li>hole in the middle instead of two indents with bridging =&gt; more ready to print</li> <li><p>champered snap in part for more easy assembly - also longer axis for better stability Print 6 if the single components and snap together like the original.
