Geared Extruder using M8 extruder driver

Geared Extruder using M8 extruder driver

In my ABS printer, which has a frame from an old K8200, I used Geared Extruder 2 and it worked well for a while. The printer's closed housing caused temperatures to rise up to 45°C for hours on end, and the heat bed reached 110°C. This heated situation made the main body of Geared Extruder 2 warp slowly over time, causing the gears to no longer fit together properly. So I created this new extruder specifically for this printer. I reused the old M8 extruder driver that came with the K8200 printer. The filament wire is now pushed against it by two 608Z bearings, which guide it between them. The extruder driver is held in place on both sides, preventing the main body from bending. Additionally, I made it possible to adjust the distance between the motor and the large gear this time. To make the main body more resistant to the heat, I printed it in gray ABS. With the filament guide, you can now adjust the path of the filament wire as it enters. I still tried to keep the filament wire visible at all times for easy replacement. The small gear has 10 teeth and the large gear has 43 teeth. This extruder can handle 1.75, 2.85, and 3 mm filaments. You will also need: * One Nema17 stepper motor * One Hot End * One M8 extruder driver gear * Four 608Z bearings * One M8 lock nut * Two M8 washers * One M6x40mm bolt * One M6 nut * One M6 lock nut * One spring (about 6x20mm) * One M4x40mm bolt * Two M4 washers * One M4 nut * Five M3x20mm bolts * Eight M3x10mm bolts * One M3x6mm bolt for the small gear * Nine M3 washers * Eleven M3 nuts If you have any questions or think I forgot something, feel free to ask or comment.
