Geared Arduino Clock

UPDATE Feb 5/17 I upgraded the frame and motor mount, but due to this change, the holes on the motor became too narrow. So I drilled and bent them out to make room for the gears, which now fit much better, although they still need some fine-tuning. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_exBGDI-vp0&feature=youtu.be UPDATE Feb 4/17 I assembled everything, but it was very tight. I decided to scale up the frame a bit and see if that helps loosen things up. What I did was merge the gear sets into one model, eliminating the need for glue. I also had to enlarge the spacer slightly because its hole was smaller than the gears. To save on metal, I made space for the nylon washers, which I will then drill and file out so they can ride smoothly with the spacers. I've included the 123d file if you'd like to give it a try. The print is currently underway, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it works as expected. Once it's up and running, I'll upload some pictures for your review. As you can see from the photos, the gears are printing on top of each other, which is why supports are necessary. I just noticed that two of the gear sets came apart, so I'll have to go back and redraw them. Hopefully, these will work out.
