Gearbox Keychain with Loose Gears

I made some key improvements to the Umake Gearbox Keychain by increasing the hole diameter in the gears by .2mm, allowing for smoother assembly and preventing damage to the parts. Unlike the originals, my gears now spin freely without any sanding needed, eliminating the frustration caused by the tight fit. After experiencing difficulties with two sets of tabs on the original gear set, I decided to dig deeper into the complaints about fragile tabs that kept breaking when inserting the gears. In further review of a subsequent comment, it became clear that Umake's design team opted for PLA/PHA blend instead of standard PLA for the best results. Upon closer examination of the model itself, I noticed an incredibly small .2mm tolerance between the gear tabs and teeth, leaving little room for error during assembly. With my experience in mind, I took it upon myself to open up this small gap by increasing the space between the gear tabs from .2mm to .4mm - a measurement matching my trusty extruder nozzle's diameter. As a result, inserting the gears turned out to be much easier, with none of the gears breaking and requiring repair. The results speak for themselves, folks! The modified Umake Gearbox Keychain printed beautifully on a standard CTC Dual using .1mm layer height, 2 shells and 40% infill settings. With such effortless assembly and operation in hand, it's time to let this fantastic design shine! Important note: To make things easier for you all, I've included the entire keychain without making any alterations other than adjusting the gear hole sizes - so be sure to enjoy the full Umake design in its original glory. Just follow these simple printing instructions: * Print out all parts * Insert gears into place and watch your beautiful work shine
