For our university project, we designed and fabricated a simplified gearbox specifically to perform Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) operations on its outer casing. To accomplish this task, we utilized the powerful capabilities of Solidworks for 3D modeling and design, as well as KeyShot for creating high-quality renderings and visualizations of our final product.
