Gearbox for a Rotax 600 Engine - installed on kart

A custom gearbox housing has been designed for a Rotax MXZ 600 engine, resulting in approximately 105 horsepower on a 102 kg kart. The main gears and clutch are sourced from a Ducati 600, while the primary gear is self-developed and made of 18CrNiMo7-6. The housing was milled using a DMC 1035 or Flexicam with Inventor HSM programming. The design was created in Catia v5 R25, and original data and step files are included. Thanks to the GrabCad community for contributing carbs, exhaust, and ignition coils. To maintain privacy, certain dimensions have been altered, although other engine measurements remain accurate but manually taken.
