Enclosure Box Manufacturing Process: The motor and gear holder contour are integrated using an injection mold process. Counter and final gear manufacturing also utilize the same injection molding technique for high-quality production. Gear Material Specifications: Aluminum bronze is used for drive gears due to its excellent durability and resistance properties. Nylon PA6 and Nylon Blue materials are employed for counter and final gears, providing a perfect balance of strength and flexibility. Assembly and Installation: All gear units and spare parts are carefully assembled in the Z-direction, ensuring accurate alignment and optimal performance.
