In my mechanical design course project, I developed a two-stage spur gear reducer with a 10.65 reduction ratio, featuring a modified Korean casing designed with custom dimensions. Included in the project is a software created using VB 2012 for gear calculations based on our course methodology. Additionally, detailed drawings and calculations for gears, shafts, and bearings are provided.
