Broke the gear wheel from my blender after 4 years of abuse with frozen berries. The gears are going to see plenty of stress so 100% infill is recommended. Printed mine out of PETG, feel free to try different materials. I reused the old hex nut, which was inside the original silicone gear, it had a left handed thread. Drive gear and the counterpart have a normal fit clearance gap of 0,254mm (0,010in).
