Gear set for LG hom-bot VR6270

Due to wear and tear, the teeth of the first gear-wheel on the motor side snapped off. As part of designing a spare gear-wheel, I also created some for the others. Use lubricant for the replacement part. Durability Test Report: I only replaced the motor-side gear-wheel because it was the only one that failed. The replacement part is made from standard PLA material. I used leftover lubricant from the gear-box. The robot now cleans a roughly 80m² flat area once per day, having done so for three weeks as of this writing. During the first 2-3 days, the gear produced an unpleasant noise but eventually became quieter. I believe this was due to tolerances between the printed wheel and the others that needed to be smoothed out. If you experience similar issues with your gear-box or are using this gear-set with another LG-Hom bot type, please share your feedback! Update 03.08.2018: After nearly three months of daily cleaning, the PLA gear wheel remains functional. No problems have been recognized so far.
