The device features a reciprocating mechanism with a rack-and-gear system that operates via an eccentric shaft, resulting in an asymmetrical motion. Within the first 30% of its operation, it moves 56 degrees forward before returning to its starting point; thereafter, during the subsequent 70%, it reverses direction, traveling 150 degrees backward prior to resuming its initial position.
