This is a custom key chain that I engineered using Tinkercad. The functional gears are precision-printed with a resolution of 0.2mm, although any other layer height will also produce great results. It's essential to achieve solid adhesion between the gear and the print bed, or you may notice the edges of the gears starting to peel away. If you decide to print this design, please don't forget to leave a comment with your thoughts - let me know what worked well and where I can improve for future iterations! To ensure optimal print quality, here are my suggested settings: Rafts: Not necessary at all Supports: Not needed in this case Resolution: Try 0.2mm or adjust to your preference Infill: Aim for a 20% infill density - other values will also produce good results Please keep in mind that getting the first layer to stick well is crucial; with careful setup, you'll end up with a great-looking key chain!
