Gear Hub for 48P 94T Gear - Toranado Extruder

For those searching for a drive gear for the Toranado Extruder, sourcing the 48P 94T main gear used to feed filament can be quite challenging. On Ebay, you might get lucky and find a Team Losi gear meeting these specifications, but unfortunately, the center hole is far too large to fit on the required 5mm axle of the Toranado. To overcome this issue, I designed a snap-in gear hub for the Team Losi gear. To print this part, use 100% infill in your preferred plastic (PETG is likely suitable due to the potential heat buildup from the extruder stepper and warp the gears and housing). The hub features a 5mm center hole and two opposing holes for set screws that securely hold the hub to the axle. Designed using Fusion 360.
