I first though my original starter gasket was leaking and wanted to print a new one. but then I discovered the starter mount was broken (and spare parts for this motorbike are almost impossible to find). This part is meant to remove the starter on my Husqvarna TE310 2013 and close the hole with the cap usually found on TE250. Flexfill or TPU can be used as they are supposed to support high temperature and are oil resistant. I planned to order an Aluminum CNC machined version of this part (more robust), But why not try a TPU version to temporarily fix my problem ! I still have to see if it will hold on the long term. wait and see... [update] tested today on 45 kilometers trail, no deformation or leakage so far...!!
