The gear housing for a drill machine's construction was initially casted, however, I opted to create it from solid stock instead. This intricate process via CNC machining takes approximately 8-9 hours to complete. Interestingly, this part is typically sourced from Japan; however, the majority of their components tend to suffer damage at the neck. In contrast, my innovative design ensures that such breakages are a thing of the past!
