Gear for Kenwood HB723 or HDP 408WH blender

The Kenwood HB723 blender's small gear broke inside, necessitating a replacement design. Having designed one, I printed it in PETG and tested it extensively for several weeks already. You can view the results of these tests here: https://youtu.be/hD8TeM7rfVg I surmise that this same design is used in the newer HDP 408WH model. To access the blender's top part, a flat screwdriver and considerable force are required. Unfortunately, both parts are bonded together at various points via glue or melting, making separation difficult. To assemble it, I employed a Dremel and PLA to fuse the two parts together in a few key areas. Epoxy glue proved ineffective in this application.
