I needed replacement gear, so I found this initial prototype and gave it a makeover. To get it to print in ABS without shrinking excessively, I had to scale it up to 101%. Unfortunately, at that size, it's a tight fit when trying to install it, so you might want to do some fitting adjustments before assembling the sharpener.
