This is a manual coping tool that appears complex at first glance but turns out to be relatively straightforward. I utilized a .5mm nozzle and set the layer height to .2mm before uploading it to my MakerGear for some casual experimentation.\r\n\r\nIdeally, a specialized gear cutting tool would be available instead of a cutoff wheel to produce an accurate tooth profile.
