Since I had this gear cover printed out, I ran into a problem: there was no plug to put on that hole. You would have to get a Traxxas gear cover plug for that, but I decided to design a plug for my 32 pitch gear cover instead - it's modified from DavidCalado's original design. If you want to download this set of files, along with the gear cover and photos showing how to install them, check out the images below. This upgrade is sure to be a hit! However, I need to let you know that the plug must be printed out in Ninjaflex filament or another rubber-based filament for it to work properly. The gear cover itself should be 3D printed in nylon filament - it's my top recommendation.
