Gear Bearing - Fine tooth, wide tolerance.

A customized version of the gear bearing, available at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:53451, was used in a delta bot. Initially, Slic3r had issues slicing it as it kept joining the planets to the outer gear; increasing clearance to 0.3 resolved this issue. The Z height is lifted by one layer during printing, which improved PLA's fine stringing. Although the bearing works well on radial loading, high axial loads may cause teeth to pop out easily. It's a great showcase piece, though. The gear has 16 sun teeth, a diameter of 50mm, and uses 45 pitch. Each planet has 10 teeth and there are 6 planets in total. Tolerance is set at 0.3, and the twist number is 1.
