Gear and Handle for Noisemaker

The components are compatible with the makerbot noisemaker's body and clicker sections, despite its malfunctioning design. I haven't tried them yet, but they should perform better. Additionally, the handle is shorter to reduce plastic usage and lacks an 'M' mark on the bottom. :D
