GE WD01X10217 Dishwasher Hinge Pulley Designed for FDM, thick wall, unlike the injection molded part, should make it stronger. Print from nylon or your strongest filament. The center hole is tapered, as it should be, to match the stamped metal hub. You may need to adjust the scale so that it fits on the hub snugly, but turns easily. You must apply a nice coat of grease on the center hole. I recommend Danco silicone faucet grease, or any silicone grease.
