The hinged cavity features a urethane brick, injection molded plastic cavity, and eight injection molded plastic hinges. A rubber seal with greater height than the modeled one is required for proper pressure sealing. To assemble, insert the brick and seal into the cavity, then install hinge pairs simultaneously, rotating the hinges on the brick sides while their bottom tabs contact cavity tabs for sealing. Secure each middle hinge clip to the cavity to complete assembly for all hinge pairs. For disassembly, push down on a pair of hinges' upper side to release the middle clips and rotate the hinges in opposite directions before removal. Repeat this process for the remaining hinge pairs.
